Our Service Guarantee:
Installation and Training provided Free of Charge. We will allocate 2 network technicians to you for a full day to ensure that all machines are installed onto the network to your satisfaction.
Each machine will then have 2 designated technicians, one of which will be a network specialist to deal with Print/Scan/Fax issues, for the full term of your agreement.
The Service agreement for the photocopiers is Maintain, Repair & Replace thus providing a replacement machine in the event of our engineer not being able to repair a fault, allowing you to continue working whilst we take the machine off-site to rectify the fault.
Full Account Management with all account information (Service information, copy volumes, toner consumption and breakdown incidents) provided 6 monthly at account review.
All technicians use mobile PDA’s to receive callout information instantly, therefore cutting down callout times and increasing efficiency. Also parts can be ordered instantly where a technician does not have the relevant part.
We also offer remote support where our Technician can log on to your server remotely to diagnose the problem with your equipment, or in many cases fix the problem without having to attend.
